Trained for the Hardest Repairs
Our technicians aren't generalists who dabble in Apple repair between other jobs. Each member of our team was recruited specifically for their electronics engineering background and passion for Apple hardware.
Before joining our team, every technician completes an intensive in-house training programme covering Apple's unique hardware architecture, component-level diagnostics, micro-soldering, and BGA rework techniques.
Ongoing training is mandatory. When Apple releases new hardware — M-series chips, new NAND controllers, revised power management ICs — our team studies the changes before the first damaged device of that model arrives in our lab.
Certifications & Training
Our technicians hold qualifications that demonstrate genuine competence — not just experience.
ACMT Certified
Apple Certified Mac Technician — Apple's own certification for hardware diagnostics and repair on Mac computers.
IPC-A-610 Certified
International standard for electronics assembly quality — our soldering work meets IPC Class 3 (highest reliability) standards.
Micro-Soldering Trained
Formal training in working under high-magnification with 0201 and smaller components — essential for Apple's densely-packed logic boards.
Electronics Engineering Degrees
Our senior technicians hold BE/BTech degrees in Electronics & Communication — the academic foundation for understanding circuit behaviour.
BGA Rework Certified
Ball Grid Array rework — reballing, rebonding, and replacing BGA chips including Apple's T2, A-series, and M-series processors.
Annual Continuing Education
All technicians complete yearly training refreshers covering new Apple hardware, updated diagnostic tools, and emerging repair techniques.
