When we fix your device, we stand behind our work. Every component we replace and every solder joint we rework is covered by our 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days, we fix it again — at no charge.
We use OEM-quality or genuine Apple parts wherever available. Where aftermarket parts are used (such as displays or batteries from reputable suppliers), we disclose this to you upfront — and price accordingly.

No Fix, No Fee
If we cannot repair your device to the standard required, we don't charge you for the attempt. The diagnostic is free, and we return your device in the same condition we received it.
Original Parts Returned to You
Any original component we remove during repair is returned to you along with your device. Your data, your battery, your screen — if it came in with your device, it leaves with your device.
