Built for Precision. Equipped for Excellence.
Our lab in Kukatpally, Hyderabad spans over 800 sq ft of climate-controlled workspace, ESD-safe flooring, and dedicated stations for soldering, microsurgery, and diagnostics — each designed to meet the exacting demands of board-level Apple repair.
We invested heavily in professional equipment so that our technicians have the tools to succeed where others fail. From BGA rework stations to tri-axial microscopes, every piece of kit in our lab is there for a reason.
Our Equipment
Every instrument in our lab is chosen for one purpose — to make repairs more accurate, faster, and more reliable.
Digital Trinocular Microscope (500×)
Used for inspecting micro-solder joints, BGA ball counts, and identifying burnt or corroded components invisible to the naked eye.
JBC CD-2BB Soldering Station
Precision temperature-controlled soldering for drag-soldering connectors, reflowing cold joints, and replacing surface-mount components.
Hakko FR-810 Hot-Air Station
Essential for removing and replacing QFN, BGA, and QFP packages — including T2 chips, NAND flash, and PMIC ICs on Apple logic boards.
Oscilloscope & Multimeter Suite
For tracing signal paths, measuring voltage rails, checking inductance, and confirming MOSFET operation during diagnostic work.
Ultrasonic Cleaning System
Removes corrosion, flux residue, and mineral deposits from water-damaged boards — critical for successful liquid-damage recovery.
NAND & BIOS Programmers
Read, write, and clone EFI firmware and NAND modules — enabling BIOS password removal, firmware corruption repair, and SSD transplants.
DC Power Supply & Current Meter
Bench PSUs with current limiting allow safe power-on of damaged boards without risking secondary damage during fault isolation.
ESD-Safe Workstations
All benches are grounded and ESD-protected. Every technician wears anti-static wrist straps — non-negotiable when working with sensitive Apple Silicon.
A Lab That Protects Your Device
Dust, static, and moisture are the enemies of board-level repair. Our lab maintains ESD-safe surfaces throughout, a filtered air environment in the display repair area, and humidity-controlled storage for components.
Every device that enters our lab is logged, photographed, and tracked through our repair workflow system — so you always know the status of your repair.
